Summary of HHC main human rights concerns
The Council of Europe’s Commissioner for Human Rights, Niels Muiznieks, visited Hungary in July 2014. In advance of the v isit, the HHC sent a briefing paper summarising its main concerns about the situation of human rights in Hungary. We also met with the Human Rights Commissioner during his visit.
