The Modified Asylum Act in English
As of 1st January 2013 the latest modiciations of the Hungarian Asylum Act entered into force.
Act LXXX of 2007 on asylum together with the Government Decree no. 301/2009 (XI.9) on its implementation is available here.
Please note that the unofficial English translations of the Third Country Nationals Act ( Act II of 2007) and the Free Movement Act (Act I of 2007) are not updated on our website.
